Demands for net neutrality are therefore unfair to the ISPs and for many of the ordinary users of the Internet. Innovation within the Internet is a requirement for its development, of not the Internet, is likely to stagnate at current levels. ISPs innovate to develop the Internet so that they can remain competitive. It is through these innovations that new features and services be bonk available to the Internet users.
